Li Xi wins the second prize in the 13th Basic Teaching Skill Competition for Young Teachers from Beijing Universities and Colleges

Li Xi, a teacher from the College of Social Work of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, won first prize in the Faculty's Third Basic Teaching Skills Competition for Young Teachers in October 2022 and the first prize in the University's competition (Liberal Arts Group) in April 2023. From October 23 to 29, Li Xi participated in the 13th Basic Teaching Skills Competition for Young Teachers of Beijing Universities and Colleges as the representative of BJUT, which was held at Communication University of China, and won the second prize in the Liberal Arts Group A, and two other individual awards, "Best On-site Presentation" and "Best Teaching Review."

Li Xi's course for this competition is Social Research Methods, a compulsory course for freshmen majoring in sociology and a core professional course. It plays an important role in helping students understand the basic process of social research and solidify their professional knowledge. In the presentation part, Li Xi was highly recognized by judges for her innovative teaching design, impressive teaching skills, and excellent classroom presentation.
