Make All People Adequately Housed - 4th Housing Policy Research Workshop Successfully Held
“让全体人民住有所居，第四届住房政策研究工作坊”于2021年11月28日举办。本届工作坊由北京工业大学文法学部与中国社会科学院社会学研究所《社会学研究》编辑部主办。论坛秉持创办时的初衷，以闭门会议、深入研讨的形式进行，让与会者在专业、犀利的论文点评和延伸讨论中获得思考和启发。
"Make All People Adequately Housed - 4th Housing Policy Research Workshop" was held on November 28, 2021. This workshop was sponsored by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of BJUT and the Editorial Department of Sociological Research, Institute of Sociology, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Adhering to the original intention, the forum was conducted in the form of closed-door meetings and in-depth discussions, so that participants could get inspired by the professional and trenchant paper reviews and extended discussions.
工作坊开幕式由北京工业大学文法学部副主任、陈锋教授主持，中国社会科学院社会学研究所副所长、研究员，《社会学研究》编辑部主任杨典和北京工业大学文法学部学术委员会主任胡建国教授致辞。国务院发展研究中心市场经济研究所副所长邓郁松发表《以可预期、可持续的住房阶梯实现更高水平的住有所居》的演讲。
The opening ceremony of the workshop was presided over by Professor Chen Feng, Deputy Director of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of BJUT. Yang Dian, Deputy Director and Researcher of Institute of Sociology, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Director of Editorial Department of Sociological Research, and Professor Hu Jianguo, Director of Academic Committee of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of BJUT delivered speeches. Deng Yusong, Deputy Director of Institute of Market Economy (IME) of Development Research Center of the State Council, delivered a speech entitled Achieving a Higher Level of Housing with a Predictable and Sustainable Housing Ladder.
工作坊采取线上会议的形式，共设“住房政策”、“住房治理”、“住房分化”、“住房分层”、“青年住房”、“新市民住房”等6个专题展开研讨。来自中国社会科学院、中共中央党校（国家行政学院）、中山大学、上海交通大学、华东师范大学、北京航空航天大学、南开大学、中央民族大学、华东理工大学、北京工业大学、中央财经大学、暨南大学、广西大学和天津商业大学等高校及研究机构的50多位学者和研究生参加论坛发表和评议，50多位研究生参加旁听。
The workshop was conducted online, covering six topics including "Housing Policy", "Housing Governance", "Housing Differentiation", "Housing Decentralized Management", "Youth Housing" and "New Citizen Housing". More than 50 scholars and graduate students from universities and research institutions such as Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Party School of the Central Committee of CPC (National Academy of Governance), Sun Yat-sen University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, East China Normal University, Beihang University, Nankai University, Minzu University of China, East China University of Science and Technology, BJUT, Central University of Finance and Economics, Jinan University, Guangxi University and Tianjin University of Commerce attended the forum to make comments and more than 50 graduate students sit in.
北京工业大学文法学部李君甫教授、赵卫华教授和李升副教授在会上作了发言交流。
Professors Li Junfu, Zhao Weihua and Associate Professor Li Sheng from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of BJUT made speeches and exchanges at the meeting.
