文法学部高等教育研究院研究生党支部成员参加北京工业大学第一届学生教学技能大赛获佳绩
Good Results Achieved by Members of the Postgraduate Party Branch of the Institute of Higher Education, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in the First Student Teaching Skills Competition of BJUT
2021年9月至2022年1月，北京工业大学第一届学生教学技能大赛顺利开展。本次比赛由文法学部、学生发展指导中心主办，文法学部高等教育研究院、学生学业指导中心承办。高教院研究生党支部结合专业特色，积极参与活动组织，同时动员支部成员积极参加该项比赛，努力将学生身份和未来教师身份进行结合，提高自身语言表达和实践教学能力，为未来投身祖国教育事业夯实基础。
From September 2021 to January 2022, the first Student Teaching Skills Competition of BJUT was successfully carried out. This competition was sponsored by Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and Student Development Guidance Center, and organized by Institute of Higher Education and Student Academic Guidance Center of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Combining with specialty characteristics, the postgraduate party branch of the Institute of Higher Education actively participated in the organization of the activity, and mobilized the members of the branch to actively participate in the competition, with the aim to combine the student identity with the future faculty member identity, improve their own language expression and practical teaching ability, and thus lay a solid foundation for future participation in the motherland's education.
党支部共有14名党员和积极分子参加此次教学技能大赛。初赛由一线专家对近百名学生提交的授课视频、教学设计等进行匿名评审，最终支部成员毛月琴、贾伟灿、覃微、徐后香入围10人决赛名单。决赛现场，覃微同学在进行《水龙吟·登建康赏心亭》一课讲解时，不仅体现了教师应该具备的专业知识，也充分展现了教学组织、语言表达、教姿教态等方面的能力，为评委老师们带来了一场生动的教学课程，赢得台下师生一阵阵掌声。毛月琴同学以真实的案例、朴素的语言、平和的语气、连贯的组织为大家讲授《最美的距离——异性间的情感》，赢得评委一致好评。最终毛月琴和覃微同学双=双获得一等奖，徐后香和贾伟灿获得三等奖。
A total of 14 Party members and activists from the Party branch participated in the teaching skills competition. In the preliminary competition, front-line experts anonymously reviewed the teaching videos and instructional designs submitted by nearly 100 students, and finally 10 people including the branch members Mao Yueqin, Jia Weican, Qin Wei and Xu Houxiang were shortlisted for the finals. On the scene of the final, Qin Wei giving a lecture on Water Dragon's Chant · Going Up to Heart-Regaling Pavilion at Jian Kang not only reflected the professional knowledge that faculty members should possess, but also fully demonstrated the ability of teaching organization, language expression, teaching posture and style, bringing a vivid teaching course to the judges and wining the applause from the audience. Mao Yueqin taught The Most Beautiful Distance-Emotion between the Opposite Sex with real cases, simple language, peaceful tone and coherent organization, which won unanimous praise from the judges. In the end, Mao Yueqin and Qin Wei both won the first prize, while Xu Houxiang and Jia Weican won the third prize.
在初赛、决赛筹备与比赛过程中，高教院研究生党支部配合教师党支部进行活动通知、课程录制、比赛组织、材料撰写等准备与服务工作，结合专业技能为评委与参赛师生服务，展现了较高的组织协调能力，充分发挥支部战斗堡垒作用，落实为群众办实事的宗旨。
In the preparation and competition process of preliminary and final, the postgraduate party branch of Institute of Higher Education cooperated with the faculty party branch in the activity notification, course recording, competition organization and material writing, and other preparation and service work, to serve the judges and participating faculty members and students in combination with professional skills, showing high organization and coordination ability, giving full play to the role of the branch as a fighting bastion, and implementing the purpose of doing practical things for the masses.
高教院研究生党支部2019年入选教育部第二批样板党支部建设，在建设过程中，始终坚持“一结合双建设三步走”的支部特色工作法，党建工作与专业特色紧密结合，学生和未来教师身份双重建设，师生党支部共建共促，实现创新型、服务型和学习型支部的建设，努力做到对支部成员进行全面培养和锻炼，服务全体学生。通过本次大赛的组织，践行“我为群众办实事”的理念，在实践中培植支部成员的教育热情，满足从事基础教育教学的就业需求，促进学生党员多渠道、高质量就业，培养未来优秀教师后备力量，服务国家基础教育发展。
In 2019, the postgraduate party branch of Institute of Higher Education was selected as the second batch of model party branches of the Ministry of Education. In the process of construction, it always adheres to the branch characteristic work method of "one combination, two construction and three steps", which means to closely combine the party building with specialty characteristics, build both the student identity and future faculty identity, promote joint development of the party branches of faculty members and students, so as to realize the construction of an innovative, service-oriented and learning-oriented branch, and strive to comprehensively train and exercise branch members to serve all students. Through the organization of this competition, the Party branch practices the concept of "I do practical things for the masses", and cultivates the educational enthusiasm of branch members in practice. It meets the employment demand of basic education and teaching, promotes the multi-channel and high-quality employment of student party members, and cultivates the reserve force of outstanding teachers in the future, to serve the development of national basic education.
