文法学部法律系举行青年教师教学科研座谈会
College of Law, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Holds a Symposium on Teaching and Scientific Research for Young Faculty
2021年12月21日下午，法律系在人文楼810教室（模拟法庭）召开了青年教师教学科研座谈会。座谈会由系主任谭柏平主持，法律系青年教师十余人以及部分经验丰富的老教师参加了会议。本次会议除了与青年教师座谈交心，讨论青年教师的职业规划、科研计划与成果产出之外，还包括法学专业建设与学科发展、本科生与法律硕士课程教学优化、毕业论文指导、本科生导师制探讨等议题。与会教师围绕议题展开讨论，新老教师积极互动，气氛热烈。
On the afternoon of December 21, 2021, College of Law held a symposium on teaching and scientific research for young faculty members in Classroom 810 (mock court) of Renwen Building. The symposium was presided over by Tan Baiping, Director of the college, and attended by more than ten young faculty members and some experienced old faculty members. In addition to discussing with young faculty members about the career planning, scientific research plan and achievement output, this symposium also includes topics such as law specialty construction and discipline development, teaching optimization of law courses of undergraduates and postgraduates, graduation thesis guidance, and discussion of undergraduate tutorial system. The participating faculty members discussed the topics, and the new and old faculty members interacted actively.
在座谈会上，谭柏平老师首先介绍了法律系新入职教师和此次座谈会的目的。谭柏平老师认为，现阶段法律系发展势头良好，但在科研方面仍存在若干短板，各位教师应有紧迫感。科研成果产出和本科、研究生教学是法律系学科发展的重心所在，各位教师应当形成合力，互相帮助，交流经验，积极改进教育教学，加强科研工作，多出成果。
At the symposium, Tan Baiping first introduced the new faculty members of the College of Law and the purpose of the symposium. Tan Baiping believes that the College of Law has a good momentum of development at present, but there are still some shortcomings in scientific research, so faculty members should have a sense of urgency. The output of scientific research achievements and the teaching of undergraduates and postgraduates are the focus of the discipline development of the College of Law. Faculty members should depend on and help each other, exchange experiences, actively improve education and teaching, strengthen scientific research and produce more achievements.
随后，新老教师分别就论文发表、课题申报、学生心理健康、教研组划分等问题踊跃发言、交流意见。老师们普遍认为，新入职教师应当积极参加各类学术会议，拓展科研视角，打好学术基础，尽快完成学校安排的科研任务。与此同时，在平时的教学和班级管理过程中，老师们也应注重教学质量的提升，优化课程评价标准，积极关注学生的心理健康问题，帮助学生构筑和谐、健康的宿舍文化。
Subsequently, the new and old faculty members spoke enthusiastically and exchanged opinions on the publication of papers, the declaration of topics, students' mental health, and the division of teaching and research groups. Faculty generally believe that new faculty members shall actively participate in various academic conferences, expand scientific research perspectives, lay a good academic foundation, and complete scientific research tasks arranged by the University as soon as possible. In addition, faculty members shall also pay attention to the improvement of teaching quality, optimize curriculum evaluation standards, actively pay attention to students' mental health problems, and help students build a harmonious and healthy dormitory culture in the usual teaching and class management process.
座谈会最后，谭老师对会议内容进行总结，并表达了对法律系未来发展的期许。
At the end of the symposium, Tan Baiping summarized the contents of the symposium and expressed his expectation for the future development of the College of Law.
本次召开年轻老师教学与科研座谈会，是法律系为提升学科发展质效，深化教师队伍建设所采取的具体举措之一。座谈会的顺利召开增进了法律系新老教师的交流沟通，强化了学科凝聚力，也为法律系下一阶段教学科研活动的开展指明方向。今后，法律系还将继续开展类似活动，不断优化法律系教师培养和学科建设工作。
Symposium on teaching and scientific research of young faculty members is one of the concrete measures taken by the College of Law to improve the quality and efficiency of discipline development and deepen the construction of the Faculty. The successful convening of the symposium has enhanced the communication between new and old faculty members in the College of Law, strengthened the cohesion of disciplines, and pointed out the direction for the next stage of teaching and scientific research activities in the College of Law. In the future, the College of Law will continue to carry out similar activities and continuously optimize the faculty training and discipline construction of the College of Law.
