北京社会管理研究基地第一届理事会成立大会顺利召开
Inaugural Meeting of First Council of Beijing Social Governance Research Center Successfully Holds
2021年12月20日下午北京市哲学社会科学研究基地—北京社会管理研究基地第一届理事会顺利召开。为贯彻落实《京社科联、社科规划办（2020）15号》文件精神，推动基地规范化高质量发展，北京社会管理研究基地组建第一届理事会。
On the afternoon of December 20, 2021, the first council meeting of Beijing Philosophy and Social Science Research Base - Beijing Social Governance Research Center was successfully held. In order to implement the spirit of the document (JSKL and SKGHB [2020] No.15) and promote the standardized and high-quality development of the base, the first Council of Beijing Social Governance Research Center was established.
根据疫情防控要求，理事会会议采用线上、线下相结合的方式举行。北京工业大学党委副书记李四平研究员，中国社会科学院社会学所所长、中国社会学会会长陈光金研究员，北京市党建研究所所长王大广研究员，北京市委社会工委副书记、市民政局副局长陈建领研究员，及北京工业大学改革与发展规划处处长张健教授，科发院副院长、人文社科处处长李娟研究员，北京人工智能研究院院长尹宝才教授，信息学部副主任杨震教授，经管学院副院长艾小青教授，城建学部陈艳艳教授，城建学部副主任熊文副教授，文法学部主任唐军教授、副主任陈锋教授、李君甫教授，共14名理事参加了此次会议。
According requirements for the epidemic prevention and control, the council meeting was held online and offline. This meeting was attended by 14 directors, i.e., Researcher Li Siping, Deputy Secretary of the CPC BJUT Committee, Researcher Chen Guangjin, Director of Institute of Sociology, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and President of Chinese Sociological Association, Researcher Wang Daguang, Director of Beijing Party Building Research Institute, Researcher Chen Jianling, Deputy Secretary of Social Work Committee of Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and Deputy Director of Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, Professor Zhang Jian, Director of the Reform and Development of BJUT, Researcher Li Juan, Vice Dean of the Institute of Science and Technology Development and Director of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Professor Yin Baocai, Dean of Beijing Institute of Artificial Intelligence, Professor Yang Zhen, Deputy Director of Faculty of Information Technology, Professor Ai Xiaoqing, Vice Dean of College of Economics and Management, Professor Chen Yanyan of Faculty of Architecture, Civil and Transportation Engineering, Associate Professor Xiong Wen, Deputy Director of Faculty of Architecture, Civil and Transportation Engineering, Professor Tang Jun, Head of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Professor Chen Feng , Deputy Head of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and Professor Li Junfu of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
会议第一阶段对基地理事成员的遴选要求做了说明，并选举产生了理事长、副理事长、首席专家、学术委员会主任、副主任、秘书长人选。李四平研究员担任基地第一届理事会理事长，唐军教授担任首席专家、兼理事会副理事长和学术委员会副主任，陈光金研究员担任学术委员会主任，陈锋教授担任基地秘书长。理事会成员审议、原则上通过了《北京社会管理研究基地理事会章程》。
In the first stage of the meeting, the selection requirements of the directors of the base were explained, and the candidates for the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Chief Expert, Director and Deputy Director of academic committee and secretary general were elected. Researcher Li Siping serves as the chairman of the first council of the base, Professor Tang Jun as the Chief Expert, Vice Chairman and Deputy Director of the Academic Committee, Researcher Chen Guangjin as the Director of the Academic Committee, and Professor Chen Feng as the Secretary General of the Base. The members of the council reviewed and adopted in principle the Charter of the Council of Beijing Social Governance Research Center.
会议第二阶段，首席专家唐军教授汇报了基地建设任务书，重点阐述了基地五年建设规划和年度计划的内容。理事会成员审议、原则上通过该任务书。
In the second stage of the meeting, Professor Tang Jun, Chief Expert, reported the task plan of base construction, focusing on the five-year construction plan and annual plan of the base. The members of the council reviewed and adopted in principle the task plan.
李四平理事长要求基地以需求牵引为导向，加强“北京社会建设年度分析报告”和“学艺大讲堂”品牌学术成果建设，推动学科交叉研究，把基地建设成为“立足北京、服务北京、辐射全国”的新型高端智库。
Chairman Li Siping urged the base to take demand as the guide, strengthen the construction of brand academic achievements of "Annual Analysis Report of Beijing Social Construction" and "Art Hall", promote interdisciplinary research, and build the base into a new high-end think tank based on Beijing, serving Beijing and radiating the whole country.
