文法学部社会工作研究生鲁丽倩撰写的案例入选“全国MSW研究生案例大赛”百强

2022年4月18日，由全国社会工作专业学位研究生教育指导委员会主办的第二届全国MSW案例大赛百强案例名单公示，文法学部社会工作专业硕士研究生鲁丽倩同学的作品——《老年安宁照护中的灵性照顾》入围全国百强，指导教师为社会工作系杨荣教授，在参赛过程中，师生利用假期数易其稿，赢得了专家评委的认可。
On April 18, 2022, the list of the top 100 cases in the Second National MSW Postgraduate Case Competition sponsored by the National Steering Committee for the Education of Postgraduates in Social Work Specialty was publicized. Spiritual Care in Hospice Service for the Elderly by Lu Liqian, a postgraduate of social work in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, was shortlisted among the top 100 in the country, and the instructor was Professor Yang Rong from the College of Social Work. During the competition, faculty member and student modified the draft repeatedly in holidays, and their work won the recognition of expert judges.
鲁丽倩同学2009年毕业于中国青年政治学院社会工作专业，2021年来到北京工业大学攻读社会工作专业硕士学位（MSW）。现就职于北京市第一社会福利院，自本科毕业之后一直从事社会工作服务，先后在西城区社会工作者联合会、西城区新街口街道和西城区睦友社会工作事务所任职，专业实务领域是社区社会工作和老年社会工作。
Lu Liqian, majored in social work, graduated from China Youth University of Political Studies in 2009, and was enrolled in BJUT to study for a master of social work (MSW) in 2021. Now she works in Beijing No.1 Social Welfare Institute, and has been engaged in social work services since graduation in 2009. She has worked in Social Workers Federation in Xicheng District, Xinjiekou Street Office in Xicheng District and Muyou Social Work Office in Xicheng District, and her professional practice fields include the community social work and social work for the elderly.

鲁丽倩同学撰写的案例《老年安宁服务中的灵性照顾》，是她以社会工作者身份加入安宁服务团队开展的专业实践活动。在接到个案洪奶奶（化名）的申请后开展分析预估，确定以灵性视角为服务框架，采用灵性社会工作的工作方法为汪爷爷洪奶奶（均为化名）这对老夫妻提供灵性照顾，尊重服务对象的灵性取向，正视其灵性需求，并满足其灵性需求。在长达七个多月的服务期间内，“医－护－社”综合团队在老人生命末期开展适合、恰当的安宁服务，在临终老人汪爷爷疼痛得到控制、身体获得舒适的前提下，社会工作者承担老人及家属的精神关怀工作，提供灵性照顾，得到了老人及家属的积极配合和较好反馈。服务目标基本完成，汪爷爷最后在安静祥和中离世，达成人生圆满，洪奶奶和家人能够平和、安宁。
The case Spiritual Care in Hospice Service for the Elderly written by Lu Liqian is a professional practice activity developed when she joined the Hospice Service team as a social worker. After receiving the application from Grandma Hong (a pseudonym), the analysis and prediction were carried out, and it was determined that the spiritual service should be taken as the service framework, and the working method of spiritual social work should be adopted to provide spiritual care for Grandpa Wang and Grandma Hong (both pseudonyms), and it is necessary to respect the spiritual orientation of the clients, face up to and meet their spiritual needs. During the service period of more than seven months, the "medical-nursing-social" comprehensive team carried out suitable and appropriate hospice services at the end of the elderly's life. On the premise that the pain of Grandpa Wang, the dying old man, was controlled and he felt physically comfortable, social workers provided spiritual care for the elderly and their families, and received active cooperation and good feedback from the elderly and their families. The service goal was basically completed, and Grandpa Wang finally died in peace, achieving a complete life, and Grandma Hong and her family achieved calmness.
最后，她在案例中指出：在我国将由老龄化社会进入老龄社会过程中，安宁服务因其对临终患者的人本关怀而备受社会关注。安宁服务不仅提高了患者终末期生活质量，还显著降低生命末期医疗开销，减少无效治疗和额外治疗，不仅优化医疗资源，且体现了现代人文医学精神。
Finally, she pointed out in the case that in the process of China's transition from an aging society to an aged society, hospice service has attracted much attention from the society because of its humanistic care for dying patients. Hospice service not only improves the living quality of patients, but also significantly reduces the medical expenses at the end of life, and avoids ineffective and extra treatment to optimize the medical resources and embody the spirit of modern humanistic medicine.
