文法学部召开“校企联合促就业”座谈会
Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Holds a Symposium on "University-Enterprise Joint Promotion of Employment”
为贯彻落实“访企拓岗”促就业专项行动，文法学部于5月12日召开“校企联合促就业”线上座谈会，学部党委书记范明、学部主任唐军、副主任陈浩、党委副书记陈晨，负责学部就业创业和对外交流工作的相关人员参会。新东方国际教育东城区负责人、2010级韩语专业校友刘冬，道富杭州基金会计部、2011级日语专业校友李劭珊，中国联通北京市昌平区分公司校园营销中心校园经理、2015级英语专业校友高承作为校友企业代表参加座谈会，座谈会由副主任陈浩主持。
In order to implement the special action of "visiting enterprises and expanding posts" to promote employment, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences held an online symposium on "University-Enterprise Joint Promotion of Employment" on May 12, which was attended by Fan Ming, Secretary of the CPC Committee of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Tang Jun, Head of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and Chen Hao, Deputy Head of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Chen Chen, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and relevant staff responsible for employment, entrepreneurship and foreign exchange of faculty. Liu Dong, Head of New Oriental International Education (Dongcheng District) and alumnus majored in Korean in 2010, Li Shaoshan from Fund accounting department of State Street Hangzhou and alumnus majored in Japanese in 2011, Gao Cheng, Manager of campus marketing center of Beijing Changping Branch of China Unicom and alumnus majored in English in 2015, attended the symposium as representatives of alumni enterprises, and symposium was presided over by Deputy Head Chen Hao.
唐军主任首先感谢三位校友企业代表对学部就业工作的支持，并介绍了文法学部的系部设置、专业建设和学科建设及近年来取得的发展，希望继续加深校企联系，在学部建设方面得到校友及校友所在企业的支持，学部也将创造条件、搭建平台，与校友保持更加密切的联系，同时提供更加完善的服务。
Head Tang Jun first thanked the representatives of the three alumni enterprises for their support to the employment of the Faculty, introduced the setting, specialty and discipline construction and the development in recent years of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and showed the hope that the university-enterprise relationship will continue to be deepened, and the alumni and their enterprises will support the construction of the Faculty. The Faculty will also create conditions and build a platform to keep closer contact with alumni and provide more perfect services.
陈浩副主任介绍了学部校友工作的相关规划，并就校友平台建设征求了校友们的意见与建议。陈晨副书记详细介绍了2022年学部本、硕毕业生的情况，邀请三位校友为毕业生开展专题讲座和就业规划指导。
Deputy Head Chen Hao introduced the relevant planning of alumni work in the Faculty, and solicited the opinions and suggestions from alumni on the construction of alumni platform. Deputy Secretary Chen Chen introduced in detail the situation of undergraduate and postgraduates of the Faculty to be graduated in 2022, and invited three alumni to give special lectures and employment planning guidance for graduates.
刘冬、李劭珊、高承分别介绍了各自所在企业的基本情况及近几年的招聘需求，为培养学生综合素质、正确择业观和校友平台建设提出了意见与建议。校友们表示未来将积极搭建就业平台为在校学生提供相关就业信息和渠道。
Liu Dong, Li Shaoshan and Gao Cheng respectively introduced the basic situation of their enterprises and the recruitment demand in recent years, and put forward opinions and suggestions for cultivating students' comprehensive quality, correct career choice and alumni platform construction. Alumni said that they will actively build an employment platform to provide relevant employment information and channels for students in the future.
范明书记在总结讲话中指出，学部将更加关注校友平台的搭建，建立与校友们定期沟通、信息互通的工作机制。三位校友对学校人才培养体系的认可和建议，也启发了学部今后会更加强化学科专业交叉融合，拓宽学生的专业认知。学部将为校友和在校学生提供更多的沟通学习机会，引导在校学生和预毕业生向榜样看齐，建立良好的择业观和就业心态。学部也将利用校友平台帮助各级校友间建立更加紧密的联系，实现校友沟通交流常态化，形成校企联合促就业的工作机制。
In the concluding speech, Secretary Fan Ming pointed out that the Faculty will pay more attention to the establishment of alumni platform and establish a mechanism of regular communication and information exchange with alumni. The recognition and suggestions of the three alumni on the talent training system of the University also inspired the Faculty to strengthen the cross-integration of disciplines and specialties in the future and broaden the professional cognition of students. The Faculty will provide more communication and learning opportunities for alumni and students, guide students, especially pre-graduates, to follow the example, and establish a good view of job selection and employment mentality. The Faculty will also use the alumni platform to help alumni at all levels establish closer ties, realize the normalized alumni communication, and establish a working mechanism of university-enterprise joint promotion of employment.
