Xueyi Course: "I am a Senior Social Worker" Series Lectures Launched
改革开放40年来，我国的社会工作在扎根基层、服务群众中不断发展，涌现出了一批优秀的社会工作服务机构和社会工作者，他们广泛分布在社会福利、慈善事业、社会救助、社区建设、卫生健康、应急处置等众多领域，通过综合运用专业知识、技能和方法，帮助有需要的个人、家庭、组织和社区，整合社会资源，协调社会关系，预防和解决社会问题，恢复和发展社会功能，已经成为服务保障民生、加强基层治理、促进社会和谐的一支重要专业力量。
Over the past 40 years since the reform and opening up, China's social work has taken root at the grassroots level and has been developing constantly in the process of serving the masses. A number of excellent social workers in social work service institutions have worked hard in many fields such as social welfare, philanthropy, social assistance, community construction, health care, and emergency response with the comprehensive use of professional knowledge, skills, and methods. They have helped individuals, families, organizations, and communities in need, and integrated social resources, coordinated social relations, prevented and solved social problems, and restored and developed social functions. They have thus become an important professional force to serve the people's livelihood, strengthen grass-roots governance, and promote social harmony.
截至2021年，全国社会工作者职业水平考试报名人数达到82.9万，全国社会工作专业人才达到157万人，66万人取得社会工作职业水平证书，尤其是评出了首批238名高级社会工作师。文法学部联合北京市协作者社会工作发展中心、《中国社会工作》杂志主办“我是高级社会工作师”系列讲座，以网络平台和专业期刊为媒介，集中展现专业社会工作者自身成长与实务专长、机构发展经验。
By 2021, the number of applicants for the national social workers' professional level examination has reached 829,000, the number of social work professionals has reached 1.57 million, and 660,000 people have obtained the certificate of social work professional level, especially 238 were rated as the first batch of senior social workers. The series of lectures "I am a Senior Social Worker" are co-sponsored by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, the Beijing Social Work Development Center for Facilitators and China Social Work. With the medias of network platform and professional journals, the lectures focus on the professional social workers' own growth, practical expertise and institutional development experience.
2022年3月15日是国际社会工作者联合会(International Federation Social Workers,英文简称 IFSW)确定的第十六个国际社工日，今年的主题：共建生态社会新世界：不让任何人掉队（Co-building a New Eco-Social World: Leaving No One Behind）。2022年2月16日，民政部办公厅印发了《关于组织开展2022年社会工作主题宣传活动的通知》，通知指出：为贯彻落实习近平总书记关于社会工作的重要指示精神，宣传社会工作专业优势，展示社会工作发展成果，推动社会工作事业发展，民政部决定3月中下旬组织开展2022年社会工作主题宣传活动，今年宣传主题为“五社联动聚合力、社工服务暖基层”。
March 15, 2022 is the 16th International Social Workers Day defined by the International Federation Social Workers (IFSW), and this year's theme is: Co-building a New Eco-Social World: Leaving No One Behind. On February 16, 2022, the General Office of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China issued the Notice on Organizing Thematic Publicity Activities for Social Work in 2022, which pointed out that in order to implement the important directive spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping on social work, publicize the professional advantages of social work, display the development achievements of social work, and promote the development of social work, the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China organized the theme publicity activities for social work in 2022 in the middle and late March with a theme of "Conducting Cooperation Among Communities, Social Organizations, Social Workers, Social Charity Resources and Community Volunteers, and Letting Social Workers Provide Warm Services for the Grass Roots".
值此国际社工日、社会工作主题宣传活动之际，正式启动“我是高级社会工作师”系列讲座，第一讲由北京市协作者社会工作发展中心的创办人李涛主任主讲，他同时担任中国社会工作学会常务理事、国务院妇儿工委儿童工作国家智库专家、民政部全国社会组织教育培训师，也是新京报第十届“十大感动社区人物”、民政部全国首批社会工作领军人才。他于1996年担任媒体记者时参与社会公益，2003年发起成立国内最早的民办社会工作机构之一“协作者”，致力于赋权流动人口，推动社会组织与政府、企业、学界的跨界合作。
The launch of the series of lectures "I am a Senior Social Worker" coincided with International Social Workers Day and the theme publicity activity of social work. The first lecture was led by Li Tao, the founder of the Beijing Social Work Development Center for Facilitators, as well as the executive director of the China Social Work Academy, the state-leveled expert of the Think Tank for the National Working Committee on Children and Women under the State Council, and the national social organization education trainer of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China. He won the title of the 10th "Top Ten Prize Owners Who Touched Community in China" of The Beijing News and the first batch of leading talents in social work of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China. He participated in social welfare services when he was a media reporter in 1996. In 2003, he initiated the establishment of "The Beijing Social Work Development Center for Facilitators", one of the earliest private social work institutions in China, to empower the floating population and promote cross-border cooperation between social organizations and the government, enterprises and academia.
系列讲座还得到北京市社会组织发展服务中心、北京工业大学MSW教育中心和北京社会管理研究基地等单位和部门的支持，首批邀请六位高级社会工作师主讲，分别是北京市协作者社会工作发展中心李涛；北京睦友社会工作发展中心李璐龄、顾颖；北京市第一社会福利院张冬芝；水滴汇聚公益基金会谢敏丽、河北省石家庄市社会工作协会秘书长杜娜。讲座不仅面向全校的专业师生，也获得美亚联创（北京）科技有限公司的技术支持，通过各网络平台在线播出，力求服务和惠及社会工作行业。
This series of lectures was also sponsored by the Beijing Social Organization Development Service Center, the MSW Education Center, the Beijing Social Governance Research Center of Beijing University of Technology and other units and departments. The first batch of lectures were given by six senior social workers: Li Tao from Beijing Social Work Development Center for Facilitators; Li Luling and Gu Ying from Mooyoo Social Work Development Center; Zhang Dongzhi from Beijing No.1 Social Welfare House; Xie Minli from Shuidihuiju Public Welfare Foundation, and Du Na, Secretary General of Shijiazhuang Social Work Association, Hebei Province. The lectures get the technical support of M.Y. Union (Beijing) Technology Co., LTD, and are given for the teachers and students of the College of Social Work in the BJUT. It is also broadcast online through various network platforms to serve and benefit the relevant industries of social work.
