文法学部名师工作坊—— “社会工作项目的过程智慧”圆满结束
The Workshop Meeting of Famous Teachers from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences-"Process Wisdom of Social Work Projects" Ended Perfectly
2022年5月25日下午，由北京工业大学文法学部、教务处、教师教学发展中心联合举办的名师工作坊通过腾讯会议平台顺利举行，本次讲座邀请复旦大学社会发展学院顾东辉教授，带来题为“社会工作项目的过程智慧”，讲座由文法学部副主任陈锋教授主持，来自校内外的师生和业界人士近200人线上参加。此次讲座也是文法学部学堂讲堂“陆学艺学术讲座”的第36讲，得到北京社会管理研究基地的支持。
On the afternoon of May 25, 2022, the Workshop Meeting of Famous Teachers was jointly organized by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, the Academic Affairs Office and the Center for Teaching Development of Beijing University of Technology through the Tencent Meeting platform. Professor Gu Donghui from the School of Social Development and Public Policy of Fudan University was invited to present the lecture entitled "Process Wisdom of Social Work Projects". The lecture was chaired by Professor Chen Feng, Deputy Director of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of BJUT, and nearly 200 teachers, students and professionals from inside and outside the BJUT participated in the lecture online. This lecture is also the 36th lecture of "Lu Xueyi Academic Lecture" in the classroom of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and supported by Beijing Social Governance Research Center.
顾东辉教授现任复旦大学社会发展与公共政策学院（社会工作学系）教授、博导；校MSW教学中心主任，教指委社会科学委员会副主任，文科科研处处长。中国社会工作教育协会副会长，中国社会工作学会副会长，教育部高等学校社会学类专业教学指导委员会副主任，民政部国家社会工作专业人才培训（复旦大学）基地主任，国务院学位委员会/教育部/人力资源社会保障部全国社会工作专业学位研究生教育指导委员会副主任。主要从事青少年服务、社会组织管理、济贫政策、本土导向等领域的研究。
Professor Gu Donghui currently serves as a professor and doctoral supervisor in the School of Social Development and Public Policy (Department of Social Work) of Fudan University; Director of the Master of Social Work (MSW) Teaching Center, Deputy Director of the Social Science Committee of the Education Guidance Committee, and Director of the Scientific Research Division of Liberal Arts in Fudan University. He is also Vice President of the China Association for Social Work Education, Vice President of China Social Work Academy, Deputy Director of the Teaching Steering Committee of Sociology Major in Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, Director of the National Social Work Professional Talent Training Base (Fudan University) of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China, and Deputy Director of the National Social Work Professional Academic Degree Postgraduate Education Steering Committee of Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council/Ministry of Education/Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China. He is mainly engaged in the research of youth service, social organization management, poverty relief policy, indigenization and professionalization.
顾东辉教授从社会工作专业的基本概念出发，强调人境共优的特色，并就社会工作项目的关系建立、需求测诊、方案制订、计划推行、评估总结等方面对社会工作服务的一般过程进行了详细阐述。其中，从了解社群背景、发现社群问题、分析问题原因的角度系统阐述了需求诊断的核心要素，并对方案制定的流程进行了系统的分析。最后，顾东辉教授阐述了社会工作作为一门强调“助人自助”的专业，通过内外兼修增强利他基石，不断地内化专业伦理、掌握基础知识、提升核心能力、内化功能角色、成为利他高人、实现整体融通，实现业务增能。
Starting from the basic concept of social work, Professor Gu emphasized the coordinated development of human beings and the environment, and elaborated on the general process of social work services in terms of establishing the relationship between social work projects, forecasting and judging needs, formulating plans, implementing plans, evaluation and summary. He also systematically elaborated the core elements of demand judgment based on understanding the community background, finding community problems, and analyzing the causes of problems, and systematically analyzed the process of plan formulation. Finally, Professor Gu elaborated that teachers need to take social work as a profession that emphasizes "guiding students to help themselves", enhance their altruistic ability through virtue and skill learning, and constantly internalize teachers' professional ethics, master basic knowledge, enhance core competence, internalize their functional roles, and become an altruistic teacher, so as to achieve overall integration and improve their professional level.
讲座最后，陈锋教授作总结发言，他指出通过顾东辉教授的讲座，强调社会工作服务过程中，既要注重细节和智慧，也要讲究科学和实效，并就社会工作的本土化问题与顾东辉教授做了交流。顾东辉教授也详细回答了在线师生有关社会工作专业与慈善管理专业的区别、疫情对于专业实习的影响、研究生硕士论文写作等方面的问题。此次讲座历经2个多小时，本次讲座为学部教师提供了经验分享和学习交流的平台，进一步提升了学部教师教学能力和教学质量，助力专业的建设和学部的发展，赢得了与会教师的赞许，取得圆满成功。
At the end of the lecture, Professor Chen Feng made a concluding speech. He pointed out that the focus of Professor Gu's lecture was to emphasize that teachers should not only pay attention to observing details and applying wisdom, but also pay attention to science and effectiveness in the process of social work service. He also communicated with Professor Gu on the indigenization of social work. Professor Gu also on-line answered in detail the questions of teachers and students about the difference between social work and charity management, the impact of COVID-19 on professional practice, and the writing of a postgraduate master's thesis. The two-hour lecture provides a platform for teachers of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences to share experience and knowledge. It further improves the teaching ability and quality of teachers of the Faculty, and advances the construction of the profession and the development of the Faculty . This lecture wins the praise of the teachers present and achieves a great success.
