文法学部联合马克思主义学院、艺术设计学院举办研究生新导师系列培训会
A Series of Training Sessions for New Postgraduate Tutors are Jointly Held by Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, College of Marxism and College of Art and Design
为加强研究生导师队伍建设，落实研究生导师立德树人职责，文法学部联合马克思主义学院、艺术设计学院于2022年6月6日至15日组织开展了2022年度研究生新导师线上系列培训会。研究生院副院长韩红桂、文法学部党委书记范明到会致辞。会议由文法学部副主任齐书宇主持。
In order to advance the construction of the team of postgraduate tutors and fulfill the responsibility of postgraduate tutors to cultivate talents of high moral character, a series of online training sessions for new postgraduate tutors were jointly held by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, the College of Marxism and the College of Art and Design from June 6 to 15, 2022. Han Honggui, Vice Dean of the Graduate School, and Fan Ming, Secretary of the CPC Committee of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences attended the meeting and gave speeches. The meeting was chaired by Qi Shuyu, Deputy Director of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
韩红桂副院长对2022年度学校研究生新导师培训的整体工作做了介绍，希望通过学校和学部（院）两个层面的培训，使新导师们既能吸收来自不同学科之间的精华，又能在同一学科里深耕，为更全面地了解研究生教育规律，更好地融入到研究生教育团队做好准备。韩院长对本次文法学部联合马克思主义学院和艺术设计学院共同开展的新导师培训工作给予了肯定。
Vice Dean Han gave a comprehensive introduction to the training of new postgraduate tutors in 2022, encouraging new tutors to receive the training of both the university and the faculty (college), so that they can absorb the essence from different disciplines, and also deeply cultivate in the field of specialized disciplines, so as to make a preparation to better understand the laws of graduate education and integrate into the team of graduate education. He praised the new tutor training that was jointly held by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, the College of Marxism and the College of Art and Design.
文法学部党委书记范明指出，新导师培训是一个良好的开端，希望新导师们在完成本次线上学习之后在以后的工作中也能有更多的学习交流机会，取得更多交叉学科研究成果。范书记结合当前疫情防控工作，从自身的所遇、所感、所思出发，对新导师们提了几点希望：一是导师要做好引路人。强调要有坚定的政治立场，要做好师德表率，德行典范，当好学生成长的引路人。二是要教育学生脚踏实地。只有先求实才能后创新。导师应以谨慎、诚恳和负责任的做法去影响学生，引导学生在以后的学习研究生涯中脚踏实地。三是要关心关爱学生。导师在培养研究生过程中不仅要关注学生的学业和学术，还要善于把握学生的思想动态，善于运用适当的方式和方法疏解学生在面临困境时的心理压力。范书记强调，导师、班主任、辅导员是学生管理的铁三角，希望各位新导师在以后的工作中加强责任意识和合作意识，一起维护良好的教风、学风，以及安全稳定问题，让学生在校既能学业有成，又能健康成长。
Secretary Fan pointed out that the training of new tutors is a good start. She encouraged new tutors to get more learning and exchange opportunities in their future work after completing this on-line learning, and to make more achievements in interdisciplinary research. Under the background of the current work for prevention and control of COVID-19, she put forward several points to the new tutors from her own experience, conclusions and thinking: First, the new tutors should play the role of good guides. She stressed that a qualified tutor must have a firm political position, set an example for students, show a good demeanor, be a good guide and promote students' growth. Second, new tutors shall cultivate students' pragmatic academic style. Students should innovate on the basis of fully understanding the actual situation. Tutors should influence students with prudence, sincerity and sense of responsibility, and guide them to carry out future study and research in a pragmatic spirit. Third, a good tutor should care for students. In the process of cultivating graduate students, a tutor should not only care about students' academic research and school record, but also deeply understand what students think about, and use appropriate methods to relieve students' psychological pressure when facing difficulties. She emphasized that tutors, class teachers, and counselors are the three core roles in student management. She hoped that all new tutors should strengthen their sense of responsibility and cooperation in their future work, and jointly maintain a good teaching style, and learning atmosphere, as well as security and stability of the campus so as to make students not only achieve good academic results but also grow healthily and happily.
马克思主义学院院长丁云教授为青年导师做题为“‘两个确立’与‘两个维护’的内在逻辑”的专题讲座。丁教授围绕学习党的十九届六中全会精神，从“两个确立”与“两个维护”的内涵入手，分析了增强核心意识与维护核心权威的内在联系，结合大量丰富的案例，系统阐述了“两个确立”与“两个维护”的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑。通过此次培训，有助于新导师们在以后的工作中把准政治方向，站稳政治立场，筑牢信仰之基，更好地担当为党育人、为国育才的使命。
Professor Ding Yun, Dean of the College of Marxism, gave a special lecture entitled "The Internal Logic of 'Two Establishment' and 'Two Upholding'" for young tutors. On the basis of learning the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and starting from the connotation of "Two Establishment" and "Two Upholding": the establishment of both Comrade Xi Jinping's core position on the Party Central Committee and in the Party as a whole and the guiding role of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and upholding Xi's core position on the CPC Central Committee and in the Party as a whole as well as the Central Committee's authority and its centralized, unified leadership, she analyzed the internal relationship between strengthening core consciousness and maintaining core authority, and systematically expounded the theoretical logic, historical logic and practical logic of "Two Establishment" and "Two Upholding" according to a large number of cases. This training can help the new tutors to choose the right political direction in their future work, adhere to their political positions, build a solid foundation of faith, and better achieve the mission of cultivating talents for the Party and the country.
马克思主义学院艾国教授，文法学部胡建国教授、杨荣教授、苏林琴研究员受邀分享经验，四位导师分别以“带学生的几点感受” “研究生培养过程中师生关系” “优势视角下的育才育人” “如何走进学生的学习和生活世界”为题为新导师们做专题报告。主讲导师们引经据典、分析案例，从不同的角度把自己多年来培养研究生过程中的实践、感悟、收获和宝贵经验传授给新导师，新导师们受益颇丰。
Professor Ai Guo of the College of Marxism, Professor Hu Jianguo, Professor Yang Rong and Researcher Su Linqin of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences were invited to share their experiences. The four tutors gave special reports to the new tutors with the titles of "Experiences in Cultivating Students", "How to Maintain a Good Teacher-Student Relationship in the Postgraduate Training Process", "How to Cultivate Talents by Using the Theory of Strength Perspective" and "How to Enter the Students' Learning and Living World". By quoting classic theories and analyzing representative cases, the tutors taught the new tutors the summary, perception, harvest and valuable experience in the process of postgraduate training over the years from different perspectives, which let the new tutors learn a lot.
会议邀请文法学部青年骨干导师李升、郑娟、邢宇宙、顾春、王辉做经验交流分享。导师们结合自己的学科背景和工作经历，对研究生培养过程中的学业指导、科研训练、学习规划、论文指导、实训实践、职业规划、个性发展等各方面做了详细的解读和经验分享，为新导师们今后的研究生培养工作提供具体、实用的方法借鉴。
Li Sheng, Zheng Juan, Xing Yuzhou, Gu Chun and Wang Hui, the core young tutors of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, were invited to exchange their experiences in cultivating talents. Based on their own academic background and work experience, the tutors made a comprehensive introduction of the academic guidance, scientific research training, learning planning, thesis guidance, practical training practice, career planning, personality development and other aspects in the process of postgraduate training, and shared their own experience of education, providing specific and practical methods for the new tutors to use for reference in their future postgraduate training work.
新导师培训是加强导师队伍建设的重要举措，本次系列培训活动内容系统全面、主题突出。通过培训，有助于新导师们尽早熟悉研究生教育的特点，更加清晰地了解研究生培养过程的工作流程和工作要点。对引导新导师提升政治素养与指导育人能力、落实导师立德树人职责、推动研究生教育发展具有重要意义。
Training of new tutors is an important measure to strengthen the construction of the team of tutors. The content of this series of training sessions is comprehensive with prominent theme. The training will enable new tutors to get familiar with the characteristics of postgraduate education in a fast way, and let them have a clearer understanding of the process and key points of postgraduate training. The training is of great significance in improving new tutors' political literacy and educating ability, implementing their duties of establishing morality and cultivating talents, and promoting the development of postgraduate education.
