文法学部郝海波教授在《人民日报》发文：“跨省通办”提升政务服务能力（新论）

Professor Hao Haibo of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Publishes an Article in the People's Daily: Improving the Function of Government Service by "Providing Government Services on a Cross-provincial Basis" (New Theory) 

6月23日，文法学部、北京社会管理研究基地引进的郝海波教授在人民日报评论版发表《“跨省通办”提升政务服务能力（新论）》，提出“跨省通办”要充分运用大数据、云计算、人工智能等新技术手段，优化再造业务流程，强化业务协同，加强数据融合，促进条块联通和上下联动，提升政府治理能力。

On June 23, Professor Hao Haibo, a talent introduced by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Beijing Social Governance Research Center of BJUT, published on the commentary page of the People's Daily an article entitled Improving the Function of Government Service by Providing Government Services on a Cross-provincial Basis (New Theory), proposing that big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and other new technical means should be adopted to provide government services on a cross-provincial basis, and efforts should be made to optimize and reengineer business processes and improve business collaboration and data integration so as to promote the vertical and horizontal management and coordinated operation of superior and subordinate institutions, and enhance the government's governance function.

近年来，文法学部高度重视教师的学术研究转化，引导教师积极在重要媒体上发表学术评论，提升教师与学科的学术影响力与社会影响力，也助推学部基地的发展。

In recent years, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences has attached great importance to the achievements of teachers' academic research transformation, guiding teachers to actively publish academic comments on core media to improve the academic and social influence of teachers and disciplines and also boost the development of the research center.
