聚焦本科教学质量，提升人才培养水平—— 文法学部召开本科教学检查工作总结会
Ensuring the Quality of Undergraduate Teaching and Improving the Level of Talent Training -- A Summary Meeting on Undergraduate Teaching Inspection of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences
为落实立德树人根本任务，按照学校“学期检查，学年评估”的本科教学质量管理模式和《2021-2022学年第二学期本科教学质量工作计划》要求，文法学部于2022年6月28日以在线形式召开了本学期本科教学学期检查工作总结会。学部党委书记范明、学部主任唐军、文法学部校级督导组专家、二级督导组专家、各内设机构负责人和教务科全体工作人员参加会议，会议由本科教学副主任马晓梅主持。
In order to achieve the fundamental target of fostering morality and cultivating talents, on June 28, 2022, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences opened an on-line summary meeting on the undergraduate teaching semester inspection work of this semester in accordance with the university's undergraduate teaching quality management mode of "semester teaching quality inspection and an academic year teaching quality evaluation" and the requirements of the Work Plan for the Undergraduate Teaching Quality in the Second Semester of the 2021-2022 Academic Year. Fan Ming, Secretary of the CPC Committee of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Tang Jun, Director of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, experts from the university-level supervision group of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, experts from the second level supervision group, heads of internal institutions and all staff and faculty members of the Academic Affairs Section attended the meeting, which was chaired by Ma Xiaomei, Deputy Director of Undergraduate Teaching Group.
全体本科督导组专家依次针对本学期文法学部线上、线下听课、本科毕业设计中期检查、毕业设计答辩组织、本学期档案检查工作等情况进行了详细反馈，对学部各项工作开展过程中的亮点与不足进行了总结，强调如今线上和线下教学结合已经成为常态化，在网络教学当中，教师需要采用多种方式关注学生的听课状态，比如直播课互动、在学习通中发布练习，在微信群与学生互动，进一步探究和尝试教学理念的创新，提升教学效果。
All the experts of the undergraduate supervision group gave detailed feedback on online and offline lectures, mid-term examination of the undergraduate graduation design, organization of graduation design defense, and file inspection of the semester of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and summarized the highlights and shortcomings of the work of the Faculty. They emphasized that the combination of on-line and off-line teaching has become normal nowadays, and teachers need to pay attention to the students' listening status in a variety of ways in on-line teaching, such as live class interaction, releasing exercises in the Xuexitong, interaction with students in the WeChat group, and also need to further explore and try to innovate the teaching concept to improve the teaching effect.
随后学部本科教学主管副主任马晓梅老师对学部本学期本科教学工作进行了总体汇报。马晓梅副主任针对学部专业课程建设、教学资源建设、学生发展、教学质量保障、教学质量督导情况等方面的工作进行总结，指出了学部本科教学工作中存在的瓶颈和不足，提出了未来的发展思路。
Ma Xiaomei, Deputy Director of the Undergraduate Teaching Group in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, made a summary report on the undergraduate teaching work of this semester. Ma summarized the work of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in terms of professional curriculum construction, teaching resources construction, student career development, teaching quality assurance and teaching quality supervision, pointed out the bottlenecks and shortcomings in the undergraduate teaching work, and gave some ideas on future development of the teaching work.
各内设机构负责人也分别对本系本科生人才培养工作进行了梳理和汇报，并表示将根据督导组专家提出的宝贵建议，认真反思，加快落实整改，为专业建设和本科生的高质量培养充能提速。
The heads of the internal institutions also sorted out and reported on the undergraduate talent training work, and stressed that they would seriously reflect on the valuable suggestions put forward by the experts of the Supervision Group, advance the implementation of rectification, and fully speed up the professional construction and high-quality cultivation of undergraduate talents.
会议最后，学部主任唐军向全体督导组专家表示感谢，在疫情防控的关键时期，文法学部的各项本科教学工作将做好打持久战的准备，积极应对疫情带来的各种挑战。未来学部将围绕学校重点工作，根据专家们提出的优点和不足，认真反思，梳理总结，积累经验，共同推进文法学部本科教学质量的改革与发展，加快提升学部本科教育教学质量。
At the end of the meeting, Tang Jun, Director of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, expressed his appreciation to all the experts of the Supervision Group. During the critical period of COVID-19 prevention and control, all staff and faculty members of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences will be ready to fight a lasting war and actively respond to the challenges brought by the epidemic in the undergraduate teaching work. In the future, all staff and faculty members of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences will focus on the key work of the university, and carefully reflect on and summarize the shortcomings to accumulate teaching experience according to the advantages and disadvantages proposed by experts, so as to jointly promote the reform and development of the undergraduate teaching quality of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and advance the improvement of the undergraduate education teaching quality.
