首都工程教育发展研究基地成功举办“建设高质量的工程人才培养体系：使命与挑战”学术论坛
The Academic Forum of "Mission and Challenge Fostering High-quality Preparation System of Engineering Professionals” Successfully Held by the Capital Engineering Education Development Research Base
当前，高等教育进入高质量内涵式发展的新时代。为进一步深化高等工程教育改革，探索“新工科”建设与实践,聚焦新时代教师队伍建设和创新人才培养，首都工程教育发展研究基地于2022年8月19日举办“建设高质量的工程人才培养体系：使命与挑战”学术论坛，来自高等工程教育领域的专家、一线教师、学生等近200人参与此次论坛。北京工业大学副校长、首都工程教育发展研究基地理事长吴斌教授、文法学部主任唐军教授出席会议并致辞。
At present, higher education has entered a new era of high-quality intension-type development. In order to further deepen the reform of higher engineering education, explore the construction and practice of a "new faculty of engineering", and focus on the construction of teacher teams and the cultivation of innovative talents in the new era, the Capital Engineering Education Development Research Base held an academic forum on "Mission and Challenge Fostering High-quality Preparation System of Engineering Professionals” on August 19, 2022. Nearly 200 experts, front-line teachers, students and other personnel from the field of higher engineering education participated in the forum. Professor Wu Bin, BJUT Vice President and Chairman of the Capital Engineering Education Development Research Base, and Professor Tang Jun, Director of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences attended the meeting and delivered speeches.
论坛邀请4位专家进行大会主旨报告，来自北京邮电大学孙洪祥副校长、加州大学校长办公室院校研究与学术规划主任常桐善教授、北京航空航天大学雷庆教授、浙江大学西部院社会发展与政策研究所所长辛越优副研究员等分别就“四融合”工程教育新体系改革与实践， “美国工程教育的历史发展、人才培养模式、质量保障及面临的挑战”、深入推动工程教育“微”改革、“高质量共建一带一路：工程科技人才培养合作的新使命、新挑战与新路径”带来了精彩的学术报告，有理论建构、有实践探索，有国际视野，有中国智慧。
Sun Hongxiang, Vice President of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Professor Chang Tongshan, Director of College Research and Academic Planning of the President's Office of the University of California, Professor Lei Qing, from Beihang University, and Xin Yueyou, Director and Associate Researcher of the Institute of Social Development and Policy Research of Western Academy of Zhejiang University, were invited to deliver keynote speeches at the forum. These four experts respectively made the excellent academic reports on The Reform and Practice of the New Education System of the “Thinking Ability Education, Science Education, Creativity Education and Industrial Education" Integration Project, The Historical Development, Talent Training Mode, Quality Assurance and Challenges of American Engineering Education, In-depth Promotion of "Micro" Reform of Engineering Education, and High-quality Co-construction of the Belt and Road: New Mission, New Challenges and New Paths of Engineering Science and Technology Talent Training Cooperation, which embodied the achievements of theoretical construction, practical exploration, international vision, and Chinese wisdom.
下午来自北京理工大学王顶明教授、北京工业大学王丹教授、华北电力大学白逸仙研究员、北京化工大学苏海佳教授、北京工业大学高国华教授、北京交通大学路勇副教授等6位专家结合拔尖创新人才培养、卓越工程师等工程人才培养的理论构想与实践模式进行分享，各校创新人才培养有想法，讲方法，有办法。
In the afternoon, 6 experts, including Professor Wang Dingming of Beijing Institute of Technology, Professor Wang Dan of BJUT, Researcher Bai Yixian of North China Electric Power University, Professor Su Haijia of Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Professor Gao Guohua of BJUT, and Associate Professor Lu Yong of Beijing Jiaotong University, shared their ideas based on the theoretical concept and practical model of cultivating top-notch innovative talents, outstanding engineers and other engineering talents.
整个学术论坛，各个高校学者的学术分享“顶天立地”，向大家展示了丰富而全面的学术研究成果和实践效果，也从每一场报告中看到了专家学者的学术格局与理论涵养，充分体现了校校有做法、校校有实践、校校有特色。工程技术人才的培养是一个系统工程，需要各高校不断的探索与实践。首都工程教育发展研究基地将努力搭建平台，带动更多的专家学者参与到工程技术人才培养中来，为国家工程教育的发展蓄力！
Scholars from various colleges and universities shared their experiences from a strategic perspective at the forum. Each speech showed us rich and comprehensive achievements of academic research and practical effects, and also reflected the academic pattern and theoretical cultivation of experts and scholars. This fully illustrated that all these colleges and universities have done something in talent training with their own characteristics. The training of engineering and technical talents is a systematic project, which requires constant exploration and practice by the colleges and universities. The Capital Engineering Education Development Research Base will strive to build a platform to provide facilitating conditions for more experts and scholars to participate in the training of engineering and technical talents, so as to accumulate strength for the development of national engineering education!
