10月5日下午，文法学部召开学科建设与人事人才工作大会。校党委副书记李四平出席并致辞，改革与发展规划处处长杨登才、研究生院副院长韩红桂、人事处副处长王朝辉、高层次人才办公室副主任金浏等职能部门领导参会指导，学部全体班子成员、教职员工及学生代表参加会议。会议分上、下两场，分别由学部主任唐军、学部党委书记安哲锋主持。
On the afternoon of October 5, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences held a conference on discipline construction and personnel work. Li Siping, Deputy Secretary of the CPC BJUT Committee, attended and delivered a speech, Yang Dengcai, Director of the Reform and Development of BJUT, Han Honggui, Vice President of the Graduate School, Wang Zhaohui, Deputy Director of the Human Resources Office, Jin Liu, Deputy Director of the High-level Talent Office and leaders of other functional departments, as well as all the members of leading group, faculty members and student representatives of the faculty attended the conference. The conference was subdivided into two sessions, which were presided over by Tang Jun, Director of the faculty, and An Zhefeng, Secretary of the CPC Committee of the faculty.
校党委副书记李四平围绕目前文法学部学科建设和人事人才发展情况，提出以下几点工作意见：一是要深入分析当前面临的形势和任务，充分把握面临的机遇和挑战，切实增强办好一流文法学部的使命感和责任感。在比较当中找差距，在差距当中明确责任和使命，并在明确责任和使命当中找到发展和努力的方向。二是要思考在新的发展阶段如何以正确的战略策略应变局、育新机、开新局，推动文法学部高质量发展，怎样识变、应变、求变，善于抓住机会，善于开拓新局面。三是引育并重，多措并举，加大高端人才的引培力度，努力建设一支高素质专业化教师队伍。以学科建设为牵引加强顶层谋划，集聚高端人才。
Li Siping, Deputy Secretary of the CPC BJUT Committee, put forward the following working opinions around the current discipline construction and personnel development of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences: first, deeply analyze the current situation and tasks, fully master the opportunities and challenges, and earnestly enhance the sense of mission and responsibility of running the first-class faculty. We shall identify the gaps in comparison, clarify the responsibilities and missions, and thus determine the direction of development and efforts. Second, we shall think about how to adapt to the changing conditions, nurture new opportunities and open new situations with correct strategies in the new development stage, promote the high-quality development of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, how to recognize, adapt to and seek changes, and learn to seize the opportunities and open up new situations. Third, we shall pay equal attention to the introduction and education, take multiple measures simultaneously, strengthen the introduction and training of high-end talents, and strive to build a team of high-quality professional faculty members. We shall strengthen the top-level planning and gather high-end talents with discipline development as the tractive force.
学校改革与发展规划处杨登才处长、研究生院韩红桂副院长、人事处王朝辉副处长、高层次人才办公室金浏副主任分别就学校人文社科的定位与行动计划、学科与导师相关工作的开展情况、岗位布局、评价体系、薪酬结构等人事制度改革、学校高层次人才发展情况及规划、渠道等政策、情况进行细致解读并提出期望。
Yang Dengcai, Director of the Reform and Development of BJUT, Han Honggui, Vice President of Graduate School, Wang Zhaohui, Deputy Director of Human Resources Office, Jin Liu, Deputy Director of the Office of High-level Talents, explained in detail the positioning and action plan of humanities and social sciences, the development of related work between disciplines and tutors, the reform of personnel system such as post layout, evaluation system and salary structure, the development of high-level talents, planning and channels, and put forward the expectations.
学部副主任陈锋、齐书宇分别做文法学部人事人才工作及学科建设工作报告。随后各学科分组开展了热烈的研讨，研讨结束后，各学科组召集人就研讨情况在大会上作交流发言。
Chen Feng and Qi Shuyu, Deputy Directors of the faculty, made reports on personnel work and discipline construction of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences respectively. After that, each discipline group carried out a hot discussion. After the discussion, the convener of each discipline group made an exchange speech at the conference.
学部主任唐军指出，经过五年建设，通过实施中青年领军人才和学术骨干的培养与引进，以党的建设为引领、学科建设为龙头、人才培养为基础、科学研究为动力、社会服务为支撑、对外合作为桥梁，努力建设一流专业、谋划建设一流学科的发展战略，文法学部逐渐走上了健康发展的道路。面向未来，本次大会旨在凝聚共识、群策群力，扎实推动学科建设与人事人才工作见成效、上层次。围绕这一目标，会议中各学科参会教师交流了思想、明晰了形势、校对了方向。以会议精神为指导，文法学部将着力增强内生动力、优化体系结构，壮大队伍、做强学科，力争取得更大成就！
Tang Jun, Director of the faculty, pointed out, after five years of construction through the training and introduction of young and middle-aged leading talents and academic backbones, which is guided by the Party building, led by discipline development, based on personnel training, driven by scientific research, supported by social service and communicated through cooperation, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences is committed to building a first-class specialty and making the development strategy, and gradually embarks on the road of healthy development. Facing the future, the purpose of this conference is to build consensus, make concerted efforts, and solidly promote the discipline construction and personnel work to achieve results and reach a higher level. Around this goal, faculty members from various disciplines exchanged ideas, clarified the situation and proofread the direction. Guided by the spirit of the conference, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences will focus on enhancing endogenous motivation, optimizing the system structure, expanding the team, strengthening the discipline and striving for greater achievements!
学部党委书记安哲锋在总结发言中指出，大会为我们总结了经验，梳理了问题，找准了方向，统一了思想，达成了共识。未来我们做好以下几点：一是找准定位，勇挑重担，共同推进事业发展。坚持党建引领，发挥好组织优势，适应新形势，立足新阶段，开拓新格局。二是凝练方向，凝聚特色，共同繁荣人文社科。在“四个方面”下工夫，即明确发展方向、借力理工科沃土、突出人文特色、提升办学层次。三是用好政策，建强队伍，共同夯实发展基础。弹奏好“引”“育”“留”“用”四部曲。将政策转化为机遇，将问题转化为行动，将个体力量转化为组织力量，将思考转化为成果，踔厉奋发，勇毅前行，共同谱写文法更加美好新篇章！
An Zhefeng, Secretary of the CPC Committee of the faculty, pointed out in his concluding remarks that the conference summed up our experience, sorted out our problems, determined the correct direction, unified our thinking and reached a consensus. In the future, we shall conform to the following guidance: first, determine a correct position, shoulder the heavy burden, and jointly promote the career development. Adhere to the guidance of Party building, give full play to organizational advantages, adapt to the new situation and base on the new stage to open up a new pattern. Second, refine the direction, condense the characteristics and prosper the humanities and social sciences together. Work hard in "four aspects", i.e. clarify the development direction, leverage the advantages of science and engineering, highlight the humanistic characteristics, and upgrade the level of education. Third, make good use of policies, build a strong team, and jointly lay a solid foundation for development. Implement four tasks such as "Introduction", "Education", "Retention" and "Use". Turn policies into opportunities, problems into actions, individual strength into organizational strength, thinking into achievements, work hard and move forward bravely, and write a better new chapter of humanities and social sciences together!
