金秋十月，硕果累累。本月的研究生学术例会上，孙玉荣老师首先向大家介绍了今年刚毕业的知识产权法方向研究生李贤（2022届法律硕士）的成功经验，然后由2020级知识产权法方向硕士生卢润佳、雷名洋两位同学向师弟师妹们分享了参加科研和竞赛的成功经验。
Autumn in October is fruitful. At the postgraduate academic meeting this month, Sun Yurong first introduced the successful experience of Li Xian (Master of Laws in 2022), a postgraduate student in intellectual property law who just graduated this year, and then Lu Runjia and Lei Mingyang, two postgraduate students in intellectual property law in 2020, shared their successful experiences in participating in scientific research and competitions with their juniors.
卢润佳，2020级知识产权法方向硕士研究生。在学期间获得2022年国家奖学金，发表学术论文3篇，其中2篇发表在CSSCI来源期刊，参与导师主持的省部级课题1项。在校期间荣获北京工业大学“研究生学习优秀奖”、“优秀研究生”、“科技创新二等奖”等荣誉称号。
Lu Runjia is a postgraduate student in intellectual property law in 2020. During the studies, this student won the National Scholarship in 2022, published 3 academic papers, 2 of which were published in CSSCI source journals, and participated in one provincial and ministerial project hosted by the tutor. During the studies, this student won the honorary titles such as “Excellent Learning Award of Postgraduate”, “Excellent Postgraduate” and “Second Prize of S&T Innovation” from BJUT.
本月的学术例会，卢润佳同学主要针对论文写作方面的问题进行了分享，分享内容主要聚焦论文选题和灵感、研究方法、分析思路和文章结构等几个方面。针对“如何明确研究问题”、“如何选择研究方法”以及“如何确定论文框架”等问题，围绕自己在学术论文写作时遇到的问题与相应的对策，总结自身经验与教训，向大家提供了一些实用性建议。
At the academic meeting this month, Lu Runjia mainly shared the experiences of paper writing, focusing on the topic selection and inspiration, research methods, analysis ideas and article structure. In view of the problems such as “How to clarify research topic”, “How to choose research methods” and “How to determine the framework of papers”, Lu Runjia summarized the experiences and lessons around the problems faced in writing and the corresponding countermeasures, and provided some practical suggestions for everyone.
雷名洋，2020级知识产权法方向硕士研究生。在学期间两个项目荣获“挑战杯”省级三等奖，两项校级科技创新奖优秀奖；获评2022年校级优秀研究生、疫情防控志愿活动先进个人；发表学术论文1篇；获评北京工业大学研究生会系统优秀工作者、研究生学习优秀二等奖。
Lei Mingyang is a postgraduate student in intellectual property law in 2020. During the studies, Lei Mingyang won two provincial third prizes of “Challenge Cup” and two excellent awards of campus S&T innovation awards, was awarded an outstanding postgraduate student of the university in 2022 and an advanced individual in volunteer activities for epidemic prevention and control, published 1 academic paper and was granted the Excellent Worker in Graduates’ Union of Beijing University of Technology and Second Prize of Excellent Learning Award of Postgraduate.
本月的学术例会，雷名洋针对挑战杯、大创等竞赛经验进行分享，主要介绍挑战杯、大创的赛事背景、比赛流程、课题选题、组队经验、调研经验、申报书及调研报告的撰写等。向大家提供了可借鉴的具体建议：项目申报阶段时间紧张，为充分准备，建议同学们自寒假开始着手组队、选题、文献综述、写作申报书；课题选择要结合社会热点需求、符合时代发展方向，注重新颖性；项目书的内容框架可以围绕背景、提出问题、解决问题的逻辑展开；注重专业术语的使用。
At the academic meeting this month, Lei Mingyang shared the competition experience of Challenge Cup and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition of College Students, including the competition background, competition process, topic selection, team formation experience, research experience, declaration and writing of research report. Specific suggestions: the project declaration is short of time. In order to get fully prepared, students shall start to form teams, select topics, review documents and write declarations from winter vacation; the topics shall be selected in a manner combining with the needs of social hot spots, conforming to the development direction of the times, and focusing on the novelty; the framework of project proposal shall be organized around the background, problem and solution; the use of technical terms shall be attached with importance.
导师孙玉荣教授对两位同学的精彩分享进行了总结与点评，并讲解了学术论文写作方法、研究生在学期间的时间规划等，还对雷名洋、杨昊、王晨曦三位同学参加文法学部研究生学术沙龙进行保护知识产权普法活动表示肯定，并勉励同学们再接再厉，争取更加优异的成绩。本月的学术例会作为北京知识产权院系列学术活动和北京工业大学科技节的组成部分取得圆满成功。
Sun Yurong, Professor and Tutor, summarized and commented on the wonderful sharing of the two students, explained the writing methods of academic papers and the time planning of postgraduate students during their studies, and also affirmed that Lei Mingyang, Yang Hao and Wang Chenxi participated in the Postgraduate Academic Salon of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences to protect intellectual property rights, and encouraged the students to make persistent efforts and strive for better results. As a component of the academic activities by Beijing Intellectual Property Institute and the BJUT Science and Technology Festival, the academic meeting this month achieved a complete success.
