10月12日下午，文法学部举办2022年国际化青年导师及留学归国青年教工座谈会。学部党委书记安哲锋、主任唐军、副主任陈浩、副主任陈锋、副书记陈晨、14位国际化青年导师及留学归国青年教工及对外交流合作与信息化建设办公室相关人员参加了会议。会议特邀了国际交流合作处、港澳台事务办公室张波副处长和经管学院王超教授参加座谈指导和传授经验，座谈会由学部副主任陈浩主持。
On the afternoon of October 12, the 2022 International Youth Tutors and Returned Young Faculty Symposium was successfully held by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. An Zhefeng, Secretary of the CPC Committee of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Tang Jun, Director of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Chen Hao, Deputy Director of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Chen Feng, Deputy Director of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Chen Chen, Deputy Secretary of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and 14 international young tutors, returned young faculty members, and relevant personnel from the Office of Foreign Exchange and Cooperation and Informatization Construction attended the meeting. Zhang Bo, Deputy Director of the International Office and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office, and Wang Chao, Professor of the College of Economics and Management were specially invited to participate in the symposium, which was chaired by Chen Hao, Deputy Director of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. At the symposium, Zhang and Wang gave some guidance and passed on their experience.
首先，国际交流合作处张波副处长作题为“统筹校院资源，投身事业发展，青年教师国际化工作实践与思考”的报告，介绍了学校国际化发展战略以及在全球网络构建、国际化人才培养、师资建设和科研合作等方面的现状，着重讲解了学校在国际化青年导师队伍建设方面的理念机制和显著成果，同时针对青年教师国际化发展提出了切实可行的建议，希望老师们不忘来路、主动融入、积极服务，将个人成长全面融入学校各项事业发展中。
First of all, Deputy Director Zhang Bo delivered a speech entitled "Coordinating the resources of BJUT and its colleges and institutes, and devoting to its career development: practice and thinking on the internationalization of young teachers". He introduced BJUT's international development strategy and its current situation in global network construction, international talent training, teacher construction and scientific research cooperation, and especially explained the University's concept mechanism and remarkable achievements in the construction of an international young tutor team. At the same time, he put forward practical suggestions for the international development of young teachers, hoping that they will not forget their first passion, and will actively get involved in the career development of the University while achieving their personal growth.
随后，陈浩副主任介绍了文法学部的国际交流合作现状，从学校学部两个层面分析了国际化工作考核指标以及学部十四五国际化工作目标，并据此对学部国际化青年导师和青年教工提出了工作要求，希望国际化青年导师及留学归国青年教工利用国际化背景优势，不断提升自身本领，为学部发展做出贡献。
Then, Deputy Director Chen Hao introduced the current situation of international exchanges and cooperation of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and analyzed the assessment indicators of internationalization work and the objectives of the internationalization work of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences during the 14th Five-Year Plan period from the two levels of the Faculty and the University. And accordingly, she put forward work requirements for the internationalized young tutors and young teachers of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and stressed that they should take advantage of the international background and constantly improve their own skills so as to make contributions to the development of the Faculty.
经管学院王超教授详细介绍了自己在教学、科研、英文论文发表方面与国外教授合作的丰富经验和丰硕成果，为参会的青年教师在跨学科国际科研合作方面提供了诸多行之有效和具有启发性的建议。受到了在场青年教师的热烈欢迎。学部入选香江学者，正在香港访学的张优良老师也通过线上的方式，与在座老师分享了个人在香港的访学经历，并希望发挥纽带作用为学部与香港高校的合作牵线搭桥。
Professor Wang Chao introduced in detail his rich experience and fruitful results in cooperation with foreign professors in teaching, scientific research and English paper publishing, and provided many effective and enlightening suggestions for young teachers attending the meeting in interdisciplinary international scientific research cooperation. His speech was warmly welcomed by the young teachers present. As a Xiangjiang Scholar and teacher of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Zhang Youliang, who is visiting universities in Hong Kong, also shared his personal experience of visiting Hong Kong with the teachers attending the meeting with online communication, and hoped to play a role of the link to bridge the cooperation between the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and universities in Hong Kong.
随后，参会的多名青年教师就搭建国际化交流合作平台、学生国际化培养、申报国际国内科研项目、开展长短期境外专家合作等方面的问题，与现场参会人员进行了深入交流。他们希望以此次会议为契机，加强学部内留学归国青年教工的沟通与联系，在国际科研合作、和国际化人才培养等领域不断提升。
Later, many young teachers who participated in the meeting made in-depth exchanges with the on-site participants on issues such as building an international exchange and cooperation platform, international training of students, applying for international and domestic scientific research projects, and carrying out long-term and short-term cooperation with overseas experts. Their aim is to take this meeting as an opportunity to strengthen the communication and contact between young returned teachers of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and make constant improvements in international scientific research cooperation, international talent training and other fields.
最后，文法学部安哲锋书记做总结发言。安书记指出学部国际化青年导师和留学归国青年教工是学部发展的宝贵力量，学部会加强对各个青年群体的日常培养，搭建沟通交流平台，加强政治吸纳，希望国际化青年导师及留学归国青年教工积极发挥个人专长，共同进步，为学部的发展建设贡献力量。
Finally, Secretary An Zhefeng made a summary speech. He stressed that the international youth tutors and returned young teachers of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences are valuable forces for the development of the Faculty, and the Faculty will strengthen the daily training of various youth groups, build communication platforms, and strengthen political absorption. He encouraged the tutors and teachers to fully contribute their personal expertise to promote common progress and the development and construction of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
