11月6日，全国首家数字经济与数字治理法治研究会在北京成立。大会选举出研究会的负责人，中国人民大学杨东教授当选为会长。基于交叉学科研究的特色和数字经济发展的趋势，我校文法学部法律系积极参与研究会，一共有13位老师申请加入了研究会。在成立大会上，法律系主任谭柏平当选为副会长，孙玉荣老师当选为常务理事，王辉、聂孝红、解锟、周贺微、李琳五位老师当选为理事，其他老师为会员。
On November 6, the first nationwide Digital Economy and Digital Governance Law Society was established in Beijing. At the ceremony, Professor Yang Dong of the Renmin University of China (RUC) was elected as the president who is responsible for the society. Under the background of the characteristics of interdisciplinary research and the vigorous development of the digital economy, the teachers of the Department of Law of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of BJUT actively participated in the society, among whom 13 teachers applied to become members of the society. At the founding ceremony, Tan Baiping, director of the Department of Law, was elected as the vice president, Sun Yurong was elected as the executive director, Wang Hui, Nie Xiaohong, Xie Kun, Zhou Hewei and Li Lin were elected as directors, and other teachers became members.
会议由中国人民大学交叉科学研究院主办、未来法治研究院承办，500多位政产学研的专家和专业人士通过线上、线下方式参加大会，10万余人次通过线上直播观看了成立大会。北京数字经济与数字治理法治研究会是全国范围内首家关于数字经济与数字治理的研究会，该研究会的成立是贯彻落实党的二十大精神的重要举措，意义重大、影响深远。
The ceremony was hosted by the School of Interdisciplinary Studies, RUC and undertaken by the Renmin Law and Technology Institute. More than 500 experts and professionals of the Government-Industry-University-Research Cooperation attended the meeting both online and offline, and more than 100000 people in total witnessed the founding ceremony through an online live broadcast. Beijing Digital Economy and Digital Governance Law Society is the first society on digital economy and digital governance in China. As an important measure, the establishment of the society aims to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), which is of great significance and far-reaching influence.

中国人民大学交叉科学研究院院长、区块链研究院执行院长、研究会发起人杨东教授介绍了研究会的成立背景和成果基础。在此次成立大会的主题报告环节，北京数字经济与数字治理法治研究会课题组发布了我国首个数字经济立法研究报告。该报告指出，顺应数字经济的发展需要，应当加快构建数字经济立法体系，在发展中规范，在规范中发展，做强做优做大我国数字经济。
Professor Yang Dong, Dean of the School of Interdisciplinary Studies, RUC, Executive Dean of the School of Blockchain Studies, RUC, and initiator of the society, introduced the founding background and foundations for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of the society. In the keynote speech link of this founding ceremony, the research group of Beijing Digital Economy and Digital Governance Law Society released the first research report on digital economy legislation in China. The report pointed out that in order to meet the needs of the development of the digital economy, we should speed up the construction of the digital economy legislative system, gradually standardize the system in the process of development, and better develop the digital economy based on the normative legal framework, making it stronger, better and bigger.
北京数字经济和数字治理法治研究会由北京市法学会主管，旨在团结首都数字经济与数字治理的理论界、实务界和社会各界力量，为各级党委、政府、人民法院、人民检察院，以及各类企事业单位提供政策咨询和专业培训，为相关政策措施制定提供有力支撑。
Beijing Digital Economy and Digital Governance Law Society is managed by the Beijing Law Society, which aims to bring together the theoretical, practical and social forces of the digital economy and digital governance in Beijing, and provide policy consulting and professional training services for CPC committees, governments, people's courts, people's procuratorates, and various enterprises and institutions at all levels, so as to provide strong guarantee for the formulation of relevant policies and measures.
法律系今后将积极参与研究会的学术活动，凝聚法学学科师资力量，进一步聚焦研究重点，加深对数字经济发展与法治的专门研究，提供数字经济基础制度建设的学理基础，开展跨学科、多维度的交叉科学研究，为服务中国式现代化贡献力量。
The Department of Law will actively participate in the academic activities held by the society in the future, and will gather teachers of the law discipline to further focus on research priorities, and deepen the specialized research on the development of the digital economy and its legislation. Meanwhile, it will provide the theoretical basis for the construction of the basic system of the digital economy, and carry out interdisciplinary and multi-dimensional scientific research, so as to contribute to the realization of China's modern digital economy.
